This loft style condo is over 1000 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All furnishings are modern and brand new. We outfit our suites with the best in hotel grade linens and towels to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The living area in this suite is a great place to unwind. A Smart TV and complimentary WiFi are provided throughout your stay. The designer kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinetry, undercabinet lighting. All cookware essentials are stocked for your meal preparing needs. In-suite laundry and a private balcony are the perfect little additions for this home away from home.

*We own multiple units in this building that are also fully furnished rentals (in case you require additional units). 

*If your dates are unavailable, please contact us as we have multiple properties throughout the city.

*Amenities (shampoo, soaps, etc) and paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper, etc) are provided for stays up to five days. For any duration over that, guests are responsible for supply.

From culturally rich food, to quaint cafes to artisanal chocolate shops - a food lover will not be disappointed with what this area has to offer. After a bite to eat stroll the popular Provencher Boulevard that leads up to the elegant and beautiful Provencher Bridge. This bridge connects St.Boniface to downtown Winnipeg. 

Steps away from our rental are two of Winnipeg's biggest attractions - the Canadian Museum for Human Rights (CMHR) and The Forks. The CMHR is an architectural marvel and one of it's kind in Canada. The Forks is located at the junction of the Red and Assiniboine Rivers. It is a large community hub that offers shopping, dining, and recreational activities year round.
